To keep OneSell safe for buyers and sellers, the following are prohibited:

• Copyright-infringing material or unauthorized software / license keys
• Stolen accounts, credentials, or fraudulent gift cards / vouchers
• Illegal goods, weapons, or regulated items you are not licensed to sell
• Malware or anything designed to harm buyers
• Deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent listings

Digital products

You must have the rights to sell and distribute any digital product you list. OneSell provides reasonable protections (signed download links, download limits) but cannot guarantee digital goods cannot be copied.

Enforcement

Violations may result in listing removal or account suspension.
