Delete your OneSell account
This applies to seller accounts on the OneSell website and the OneSell Android app, run by CodeSH Lab.
Steps
- Sign in with the email or Google account you use for OneSell.
- Type DELETE below and tap “Permanently delete my account”.
- Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, sign-in and notification settings
- Your products, checkout links, images and digital files
- Your orders, buyer details and delivery addresses
- Your saved payment keys, UPI details, charges and taxes
- Your OneSell plan and purchase history
What is kept
Payment records held by Razorpay stay with Razorpay under their policies. Anything we must keep by law is kept only as long as required. Download your order details first if you need them for your records. See our Privacy Policy.
Paid orders that are still being fulfilled must be delivered or cancelled before you can delete your account.
Can't sign in? Email support@onesell.shop from your account email with the subject “Delete my account” and we'll delete it within 30 days.
