Where is my order?
Open the link in your confirmation email, or use Track order with your Order ID and the phone or email you used. Tracking numbers appear there once the seller ships.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Contact the seller — details are on your order page. If a seller cancels an order you paid online, the refund is automatic. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Money was deducted but my order shows failed or pending
Pending payments are usually confirmed within a few minutes — refresh your order page. If a payment fails after money is deducted, the payment gateway reverses it automatically within 5–7 working days.
Is my payment safe?
Online payments are processed by Razorpay, straight into the seller's own account — OneSell never sees your card or UPI details. If you pay a seller directly by UPI, that payment is between you and the seller and isn't verified by OneSell.

How do I create a checkout link?
Sign in, tap New product, add a photo, title and price, and choose how it reaches the buyer. You get a link to share on WhatsApp, Instagram or anywhere. The Free plan includes 2 active links.
How do I get paid?
In Settings → Get paid choose Simple UPI (no KYC — buyers pay your UPI ID and you confirm each payment) or Razorpay (automatic — buyers pay by card, UPI, netbanking or wallet and orders confirm themselves). Either way money goes straight to you; OneSell takes no commission.
Where do I find my Razorpay keys?
Your Razorpay account must be activated first. In the Razorpay Dashboard switch to Live mode, open Account & Settings → API Keys and click Generate Key. Paste the Key ID and Key Secret into Settings → Get paid. The secret is stored encrypted and never shown again.
Do I need to set up a Razorpay webhook?
No — payments are confirmed without it. Adding the webhook shown in Settings → Get paid makes confirmations instant and more reliable.
Can I sell digital products?
Yes — files, license keys or vouchers are delivered automatically after payment. Digital products need Razorpay, because only a verified payment can trigger automatic delivery.
What happens when I cancel an order?
For Razorpay payments, the buyer is refunded automatically from your Razorpay balance and emailed. For Simple UPI orders, send the money back to the buyer yourself.
What do link packs and Pro include?
A link pack adds 10 links, once, and never expires. Pro gives unlimited links and removes OneSell branding from your pages for one month; renew any time to extend it. See Pricing.
